The Quinte Humane Society is a non Profit organization which Is operated and maintained through the hard work of volunteers and charitable donations. Donations can be specifically made to assist in the spaying and neutering of animals at the shelter. The Quinte Humane Society will Issue Tax Receipts for all charitable donations over $10.00 or more.

Organize a fundraiser

Here are some examples of fundraisers volunteers have organized recently: An employee at CFB Trenton organized a "face painting" session for two days at the CFB Airshow and raised $502.00. One woman who makes Teddy Bears is donating a portion of her proceeds to the Spay/Neuter Fund. Employees over a period of time have done several in house 50/50 Draws ect. And presented a cheque for the total amount raised to the Quinte Humane Society. Car Washes have been held with proceeds to the Quinte Humane Society.

The Quinte Humane Society uses Canadian Tire money to purchase much needed supplies for the shelter. This helps to keep our costs down. Please feel free to drop off your Canadian Tire money at the shelter. No amount is too small. All donations are greatly appreciated!!!!

People who wish to donate their Club Z Points need to have their own rewards card. Fill out an application at the store using the reward number and public ID#.

By adding a donation jar to your workplace or classroom, you will see how the change really adds up. No need to roll it either, we have volunteers who love to sit at night and roll the change. If more and more offices took part, the numbers would be staggering. All we need is a start.
